 Q.B - A TRUE STORY!

In December 2005, Mazyar met Majid Kazemi, the vocalist/guitarist of the band. Majid had some songs which they decided to work on. Meanwhile, an empty space for another band mate was, there to be filled. it was in June 2005 that Hamid Sadeghi, the Saxephone player, joined the band. After a year of practice In Bardia’s room, they were ready to have a concert. In December 2006 they were on the stage again with their new band members in the Funky Live Aid.

In May 2007, they made their minds to record their songs, but due to some problems, that didn’t happen, and they stopped playing with each other for a year. After that, each of them was bus doing his own projects. Although they kept on playng, the break—up of the band was a hard blow. It was hard to deal with and each of them went through-a depression, but through their professionalism, their drive for success, and finally through their overriding philosophy of friendship Quiet Boom was able to overcome even this low point in its history. Bit things didn’t go the same for Hamid.

Unfortunately, the ramifications were so dark and seep that he couldn’t get over it. He’s joined some bands but due to the effects of the Boom, his cooperation with those was short.

In October 2008, they reunited and decided to finish their unfinished  project, their album. Recording of the album took the band 2 months and they recorded it in. DreamWave studio which was outside the town in the middle of a beautiful natural environment and this atmosphere had a great impact on the band members who were rearranging their to be recorded songs. Halfway through the recording process, Hadi Kiani, the owner of the studio and keyboardist, accepted the band’s offer and joined Q.B. They have also changed the band’s name from Boom to Quite Boom.
