NoName was formed out of a friendship between Ceri Evans, Saleh Zarei and Ali Nourbakhsh. Their love for music and fusing different forms of it such as Jazz and Iranian music aspired them to create the band in July 2009.
Ceri has won a Mobo award for the best Jazz album in Britain, Saleh has been involved with many different musicians such as Mohsen Namjoo and finally Ali who has background in Iranian traditional music brings a new taste to the jazz tunes by playing variety of percussions.
