SHEN has been more or less a one man show, partly by design and partly by circumstance, pretty much since its’ inception by yours truly back in 2006. As such, I’ve written, composed, arranged and produced every single track on SHEN’s four albums to date. I’ve also sang and played guitars & keys in all.
That being said, I've also had the good fortune of having found a number of great musicians and artists to assist me with the recording & post-production work, each leaving their own unique stamp on the final product in the process.
Chief among these:
Tommy Mack: former frontman with Shifter and The Spirit Pushers and my main collaborator on the last couple of albums, Tommy’s contributions go well beyond his catchy bass lines and recording know-how, not the least of which would have to be his versatility and wealth of experience in the studio;
Luc Mantha: drummer extraordinaire with Chino, James Correa and FFud and the most recent addition to the lineup, his great musical instincts and influence can readily be heard in Naamareehaa;
Reza: a classically-trained “orchestra-man” who played bass and handled all the programming & recording on the earlier records [Incidentally these were released under the now defunct “banner” of Fekrjadeed];
Anoush: did our very first album cover as well as some of the artwork seen on the old website;
Kathy: has since taken over that function, that’s three albums and counting;
Kamy: the creator and administrator of this site who tends to all our graphic/editing needs as well.

شن» از بدو تأسیس درسال ۱۳۸۴ تا بامروزفقط یک عضو ثابت و دائمی داشته که آنهم اینجانب می باشد. به عبارتی دیگرتمام کارها، ازشعر، آهنگ و تنظیم گرفته تا خوانندگی و زدن گیتار و کیبورد کمابیش به عهده خودم تنها بوده که نتیجه آن این چهارآلبوم می باشد.
البته این بدان معنئ نیست که من همیشه کاملأ یک تنه و دست تنها کارکرده ام و طبعأ ازکمک وهمکاری هنرمندان دیگری خصوصأ درمرحله ضبط کارها بهره مند بوده و هستم .

وهمکارعمده من دردوآلبوم اخیر، او با نوازندگی گیرای گیتارباس وصدابرداری و بهعده گیری تمام امورمربوطه باربزرگی ازدوش من برداشت؛
لوک منتا: جازیست پرسابقه با گروه هایی همچو
Chino, James Correa و FFud
برای آلبوم جدید «نامرئ ها» به ما ملحق شد و تأثیروجود چنین چیره دستی در آهنگها براحتی شنیده می شود؛
رضا: نوازنده کلاسیک-کار ارکستر، وی با اجرای زنده باس و همچنین برنامه ریزی سائردستگاهها و ضبط آنها سهم بسزایی درتکمیل دو آلبوم اول داشت. لازم بیادآوریست که این دو آلبوم تحت عنوان «فکر جدید» بانتشارآمدند؛
انوش: طراح اولین آلبوم و چند عدد از نقشهای سایت قدیمی؛
کتی: از آنپس طراحی آلبومها را بعهده گرفته؛
کامی: بنیان گذارو مسئول این سایت وهمچنین ویرایش کارهای گرافیکمان؛
